KU is conducting an online survey to better understand parental satisfaction with the transition services your child receives in middle school or junior high school, Your child must be in 6th - 9th grade and currently receiving special education services. After you complete the entire survey (approximately 20 minutes), you will be prompted to enter a raffle to win one of SIX $25 gift certificates to Wal-Mart.
